About Teams

We invite you to form a team.  A team can have 5 members or 60 members. These individuals are everyday people who want to dedicate their efforts for loved ones who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, seizure disorder, other life-limiting illnesses or end of life. After you form your team, encourage your team members to raise funds that will go towards efforts to enhance the research, support and services provided for these individuals and family members. 

Create a page on our website to share your message with others.  Then, join us at the Jefferson County Fair Park on July 22nd - 23rd to remember and honor these incredible people.  Just think....time to walk, talk, reconnect and re-energize.
