The Tomorrow’s Hope Parkinson’s Support Group of Rock County is a welcoming community for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease, their caregivers, and their family members. We have a community of participants not only from Rock County, but surrounding communities, counties and northern Illinois.

Our organization exists to improve the quality of life for individuals living with Parkinson’s Disease and to support the families and caregivers who walk beside them. We are dedicated to providing accessible, affordable, and evidence-based programs that address the physical, emotional, and social challenges of Parkinson’s.

Through our programming we have created a welcoming environment where people with Parkinson’s disease, and their loved ones can connect, learn, and thrive. Our programs promote independence and improve physical function such as the Rock Steady Boxing program. In addition, we want to reduce isolation and empower families with tools and resources to help them manage their Parkinson’s disease with confidence and dignity.
