Tomorrow's Hope - Dementia Program
Bringing HOPE to Dementia Care Givers & their Care Recipients
Our Dementia Focus Groups will be finalizing this new program soon. In short, the Dementia program will include but not limit to, our encouraging community involvement to build more awareness about Dementia and how to assist those with Dementia to live well within our communities. We will help Care Giver become more aware of resources available for them and their Care Recipient. The program will also help provide support to Care Givers through Health Services and Vouchers.
We look forward to sharing more details soon.
